If learning to dive is on your bucket list, we’d love to help your dream come true! For most of us, the thrill of strapping on a breathing apparatus and plunging into the depths of the sea is like leaving planet Earth behind and entering an alien world. The experience is life-changing. This is the starting point in becoming able to experience the underwater world.

Your ticket to explore that world begins with this PADI Open Water Diver course.

Frequent asked questions

How many training sessions do I need to do?

There are 3 theory sessions (1 1/2 hours each) and 3 confined pool training sessions (3 hours each) that you will need to complete before sitting for your online exam.

Is there a deadline to complete my online exam?

There is not, but we advise you to complete your online exam as soon as you can while your memory is still fresh.

I have not completed my Open Water Course, can I proceed with the Advanced Open Water course?

Unfortunately you can’t, for safety reasons you will need to complete the Open Water Course before proceeding with your Advanced Open Water Course.

Can I complete my Open Water License within 3 days? What is the quickest?

Yes it is possible to complete your Theory and pool sessions within 3 days – but we highly advise not to. Unless you are able to catch up and learn fast.

Can I complete all my pool sessions in one day?

It is not advisable to complete all your pool sessions in a day as each pool session is around 2 – 3 hours. Plus, it’ll be best for you to take a short break, work on what you’ve learnt, then only proceed to the next session. Taking it 1 step at a time is always better than doing it all at once.

I am quite busy during the weekdays, can I schedule for classes during the weekend?

Yes definitely! Did I mention that we teach every day, from 9am to 9pm? Meaning, no matter what your schedule is like, we will definitely find a time that works for you.

Can I do my training remotely?

Sure, our instructor also conducts zoom classes for theory sessions but for the confined pool training, it has to be done at the pool with an instructor.

By the way, I am an SDI advanced diver. Can I take padi Nitrox course and will I get a certificate?

Yes you can and you will!

Do we get certificates after we complete the PADI Open Water Course?

Yes you do! You will get a PADI Open Water Certificate!

Is the trip included in my course fee?

Trips are not included in the course fee as we want to give our students the ability to take their time and complete their training, before heading to the trip of their choice to complete their certification dive.

Is knowing to swim is mandatory?

Basic swimming will help, as you will be able to pick up the skills quicker. But your confident level of being in the water is most important. We do offer a 1 hour basic swim assessment where we will assess your level of confidence and swimming skills before taking up your scuba diving course.
